Welcome to My Wish Events. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing our site or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Company Overview
My Wish Events is a full-service event planning company based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, offering customized event solutions including corporate events, weddings, parties, exhibitions, and more.
2. Service Engagement
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as mutually agreed.
- A detailed service proposal or quotation will be shared before confirmation.
- Final changes or adjustments must be made in writing and approved at least [7] days prior to the event date.
3. Payments & Fees
- A non-refundable advance (usually 30–50%) is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional costs incurred during the event due to last-minute changes will be invoiced accordingly.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than [15] days before the event may incur up to 75% of the total cost as cancellation charges.
- In case of rescheduling, we will try to accommodate changes subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate event details, including dates, venue, expected guest count, and other relevant information.
- The client is responsible for acquiring necessary permits or approvals (if not arranged by us).
- Any delays caused by client-side issues may impact service quality or timing and are not the responsibility of My Wish Events.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Services
- We may engage third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, entertainers) as part of our service.
- While we carefully select partners, we are not liable for the negligence or non-performance of any third-party provider beyond our control.
7. Liability & Indemnity
- My Wish Events is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries occurring during the event due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or actions beyond our control.
- Clients agree to indemnify My Wish Events and its team against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their event.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or political unrest.
9. Photography & Promotion
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, My Wish Events reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio).
- We respect your privacy—if you do not wish to have your images used, please notify us in writing in advance.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of My Wish Events and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar.
